This page explains what happens to your details when you use dentist247.ae, the website of Dr Sarhan Dental Emergency 24/7, 1 Al Seef Street, Al Thanyah First, Barsha Heights, Dubai.

The contact form

The form asks for your name, email, phone number and message. Submitting it delivers that information to the clinic's inbox as an email. Delivery runs through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service, so the enquiry passes through their servers on the way. Nothing you type is stored on this website itself.

Use the form for appointments and general questions. For anything urgent, call instead, and avoid putting detailed medical history in the message box.

Phone and WhatsApp

Calls and WhatsApp messages go directly to the clinic. This website does not see or record them. WhatsApp conversations are governed by WhatsApp's own terms.

What the clinic does with your details

Your details are used to reply to you and to arrange your appointment, and for nothing else. No marketing lists. Nothing is sold or shared beyond what your treatment requires.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. The clinic film is hosted on YouTube and now starts automatically when you open the site, through YouTube's cookie-reduced player (youtube-nocookie.com). That means YouTube is contacted as the page loads, and from that point their privacy policy applies to the film. Nothing about you is shared with them by us.

Hosting, logs and analytics

The site is served by Vercel, which keeps short-lived standard access logs (IP address, browser type) for security. Visits may be counted with Vercel's cookieless analytics: aggregate numbers only, no personal profiles.

Having your data deleted

If you want an enquiry you sent removed, call +971 58 505 8058 or say so in a message, and it will be deleted from the inbox.
