There is no register of which Dubai clinics are genuinely reachable at four in the morning, so the only way to find out has historically been to ring round while in pain. These are the questions that separate them, and the honest answers for this clinic.

So always call first. You are given a time, and you are treated on arrival instead of waiting behind another patient. Turning up unannounced at an on-call clinic is the one way to end up waiting.

Ground floor of the 24 Hours Coffee building, 1 Al Seef Street, Al Thanyah First, Barsha Heights. Parking directly outside, and it is quiet at night. The clinic sits between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, which is why patients reach it quickly from across the city once the roads are empty.
